BUSINESS BACKGROUND CHECKS:

Assets Search (in-depth) = $75.00 per hour plus $.75 per mile plus misc. expenses, deducted from required $600.00 advance retainer.

 

ASSET CHECKS:

Asset checks are necessary when considering marriage or hiring a new business partner and are essential for peace of mind when considering many different situations. We have conducted this type of investigation for over 33years. We need to know the subject's full name, last known address, date of birth, and if possible a Social Security number. Standard asset checks include all property owned, employment, vehicles, and wages. The charge for our comprehensive asset check is $ 800.00. Delivery of a report is provided within 14 working days from the time the assignment is received in our office.

SURVEILLANCE:

Our agency has successfully provided this service for over 33 years with the primary goal of discretion. Surveillance requires numerous tactics which we find best suited to different gender investigators.  Although technology has advanced certain procedures considerably, assignments are handled by specifically trained staff members. let a specialist give you the answers you are entitled to know if you have any doubts about a spouse or friend's daily activities.

Fees are $75.00 per hour and $.75 per mile plus miscellaneous expenses.

WITNESS LOCATION:

We locate witnesses for any kind of court case. Court cases sometimes take several years to actually get to the trial stage and during this time witnesses move or sometimes become deceased. We have conducted this type of investigation for over 33 years for attorneys, courts and private persons.

SUBPOENA SERVICE:

Subpoenas are served by our staff only after a local subpoena service or the local Marshals office have attempted service. In essence, we only serve the "hard to serve" subpoenas. Our fees are $75.00 per hour plus $.75 cents per mile deducted from a required advanced $250.00 retainer.

PROPERTY RECORDS:

Property records can be searched in all counties of the United States. We can search by name or address. The searches are listed as follows: Statewide Search is $250.00. Multiple County Search is $150.00. Single County Search is $140.00. Refinance, Construction Loan & Seller Carry Back Information is as follows: Statewide Search $250.00. Multiple County Search $150.00. Single County Search is $140.00. Not all States are on-line by computer. If we are required to conduct a hand search we charge $75.00 per hour plus $.75 cents per mile.

LOCATING PEOPLE:

This service translates into locating anyone who is missing: witnesses, defendants, heirs, debtors, relatives, spouses, runaways and kidnapped children. Success with such a wide range of possibilities is dependent upon many years of experience, reliable sources of information, and proven skip tracing procedures.

ANCESTRY CHECK:
Ancestry checks can be performed to locate your complete family tree. It amazes me as to the number of people who have no idea of their family background. Fees are $350.00 for a preliminary check and $750.00 for an extensive check. 

EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION:

It is essential to check the prior employment history when hiring a "nanny" or new employee. Our office works from the employment application to make sure the information is correct. Employees working in your home taking care of your children have the complete "run" of your home and also your life. Make sure the person to whom you are giving this much access, is the the person you think they are. Our fee for this service is a flat fee of $500.00.
  

DEATH RECORDS:

Our office maintains a complete database of death records for the United States from 1890 to date. The database can be accessed by using a person's full name, date of birth or social security number the fee is $100.00 per search.

CRIMINAL CASES:

Our agency is listed with the Los Angeles County Court System as a Professional Expert in Criminal Investigations. Although we handle all types of criminal cases nationwide, the varying situations surrounding these investigations prohibits a standardized fee. The rate for private cases is $75.00 per hour and $.75 per mile plus miscellaneous expenses, with costs deducted from a $1,000.00 advance retainer.

FRAUDULENT INSURANCE CLAIMS
A.P.I.A. has formed a separate division devoted to actively pursuing and exposing the rampant filing of fraudulent insurance claims. Our billing rates are competitive within the industry, and we will gladly provide references upon request.

RESIDENCE AND TELEPHONE DE-BUGGING

Residence and telephone de-bugging cost $75.00 per hour plus $.75 per mile plus misc. expenses

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:

The highly sensitive nature of this service is handled by specific staff members with care and understanding. Media coverage has given the impression that working these cases is a relatively easy task, yet many years of experience plus extensive sources of database and inside contact information prove most reliable. 

Fees regarding these cases are $75.00 per hour, $.75 per mile, and miscellaneous expenses. These costs are deducted from a required $1,000.00 advance retainer.
